Hi y'all this is my 33g long nano reef. I started with a 20 long 3 years ago with just some dry rock and sand. My first inhabitants were 2 perc clowns and a blue legged crab. My first corals were a gsp frag, red mushroom, and a frag of fire ice zoas. Still have those same corals today plus ALOT more! I upgraded to the 33g July of last year.

Here are the specs...
33 gallon long tank
2x Chinese black boxes (20% white 60% blues)
Md. Cpr aquafuge with rock and chaeto. 2x Mars Hydro 15w grow lights
Aquaclear 70 with polyfil, purigen, and chemipure elite
2x Hydor 425 powerheads

Inhabitants are the original 2 percs, a blue/green chromis (who thinks he's a clown), and a purple firefish
Also one awesome Maxima clam, thriving in my tank for 8 months now so I feel super accomplished lol
Corals are just LPS and Softies, love Euphyllias!!

Maintenance is just 10% WC weekly with Red Sea Coral Pro. Also change the polyfil weekly and the other media monthly. I only feed my fish pellets weekly and corals 2x weekly. I've somehow managed to make it without a skimmer this long.

Current parameters are...
Temp 78.2, Ph 8.1, Sal 1.024
Nitrate 25, Phosphate 0.00 (hanna low)
Alk 8.5, Cal 450, Mag 1420

Anyone got any suggestion or comments, would love to hear!
My biggest question would be how to get Euphyllias to grow faster?
Thanks for checking me out!

Gorgeous tank! Love all the vibrant colors. Euphyllias are my favorite too. I've definitely noticed that the wall types I have grow much faster than the branching one I have, so that may be part of your answer in terms of growth. Do you target feed them or just broadcast feed the whole tank?

Thanks! I only have branching hammers, always wanted a wall though! I do target feed reef roids 2x a week and once in awhile broadcast some zooplankton (cuz I got it for free)
