Alrighty, lets see some review from you BM Curve 7 owners! What do you think? Trying to decide on a skimmer for my new build (80g+40b sump). The curve 5 has good reviews but how about the curve 7?

I've got the CS180 and I'm very happy with it. It is very quiet too! Got it at petmountain.com and saved 130.00 off normal price. It's in a 75 w/32 sump.

Check this out. It has a Sicce 1000 pump. It's $267.71. I did a lot of studying before I bought this one. Bubble-magus Hero 180 Protein Skimmer Aquarium Skimmers# The skimmer that came actually has a Seaside Aquatics CS180 label on it, but I guess it's the same thing.

I remember seeing a thread by reef filtration proving cones performed better than cylinder style skimmers. I wonder if the milk bottle shape outperforms the cone.

Like I said, I really like this skimmer. It works great, it's very easy to tune in, and it's very quiet. It has double rubber mounts for the pump, too.

Got mine on a 75. Thing is quiet, and pulls out the nastiest junk. Love it.
