Custom Acrylic Tank lid

Looking for leads on someone who can make a custom acrylic lid for my Aqueon 40B AIO. Nothing crazy, but would like maintenance/feeding access to the front of the tank, cutouts for light mounts, cords, filter cup and skimmer. Thanks in advance.

1 Light Mount Cutout (AI Narrow)
4-8 Cord Cutouts (placement is up to you)
1 Custom Skimmer Cutout
1 Custom Cutout for Filter Cup
1 Custom Overflow Cover (Black to stop algae growth)
