I read a LOT of threads on here. There are a number of good custom manufacturers. In the end, I had it narrowed down to Miracles and Planet. Both had OUTSTANDING reviews by hobbyists that owned them, reasonably similar in prices, etc. In the end, I choose to support American-made, and that was the only way I could break the tie.

Sounds like you have an awesome set up coming me being a licensed contractor the only thing that you mentioned above that I can actually comments on is the tile if it's a porcelain ceramic tile those tires are usually very very tough having a tank simply setting on them if installed properly will not track them usually you have to drop something pretty hard with some significant weight to do any damage as for lighting I would venture into the hybrid method T5 fixture with LEDs in the center this is also personal preference obviously but works very well
