custom hangers for AI Prime HD's?

Have any of you made hangers for your Primes? I'm thinking about using an aluminum C channel to mount my primes to, but idk what size screws and other hardware to use. If any of you made your own hanging kit, would you kind enough to share how you made them.

You may want to check out 8020.net. They have many different profiles available as well as the appropriate fasteners, end caps, bracing etc.
