Wow - you did great! Considering you have to contend with 360° of viewing that was no small challenge! Bonus points for the projection display so the fish can watch Finding Nemo.

Yes those are the hanging wire kits from Ecotech, the arms on the side are only used as a wire chase to hide the wires, I cut the mounting parts off as they could not fit on my tank and I have the lights mounted at 6 1/2" off water surface to stop all the light spread in the room. 8"-9" off water just does not work for me. Too blinding too look at. At 6 1/2" off water they are just at eye level for me so not to stare into those bright lights.

That was my first guess, but I didn't think they got that large in home tanks). Very cool specimen!
