I'm having a reactor built for GFO with a height of 30cm (divide by 2.54 if you need inches). It will be going on a 520 litre tank.

I can have this in either 11cm tube width or 15cm. The larger one would give capacity of about 4.5 litres. I think that could be more than required and the 11cm one would probably be fine, but I'd appreciate some thoughts on this and also if one of the options would fluidise better than the other.

Thoughts?

That’s quite a big reactor, if my math is right. That’s about 140 gallon tank. Even with the low capacity GFO you’d only need 2 cups of it for a tank that size.

Yeah when I bought a Deltec GFO reactor I thought that is a nice reactor and then I added the GFO and I thought what a waste, so you do not need a tall reactor maybe a short fat one.
