Custom Sump.....Redomendations?

After modifying multiple ready to go sumps I have decided to order a fully custom sump. Who would you guys recommend? I am looking for build quality, timeliness, and price, in that order. I don't mind paying a couple extra bucks to get something well made in a decent time frame.
