custom tank

so im looking at getting a custom waterbox tank but theres a couple of things i do not understand
#1 for the joints a 90 degree angle or mitired 45 degree angle
#2 banding aluminum or pvc
never had one custom always bought the way they came
as far as my dimmension they would be 60'x36'x22'

I don't think Waterbox can build a 60foot x 36foot x 22foot tank....you might look at your dimensions.

60" x 36" x 22" might be your tank in inches.

Crazy that waterbox builds custom. At the kind of cost I imagine it will be, I'd frankly consider a 'boutique' builder like Glass Cages, CDA, Planet, etc....

If you want to see what 45 deg. edges will look like, check out pics of some Ultum Nature System tanks to see what they are/look like:

It does result in a slightly stronger calk seam (because of the slightly larger contact surface area) but it's mostly just for looks.

IMHO, it's not worth the extra money...

But then again, my personal preference is for acrylic tanks whereas most folks prefer glass.
