Hi all,

I just wanted to say that I had an absolutely wonderful exchange with CoralVue customer service!

I have a Reef Octopus 200INT that had the external drain tube snap off. I was bummed because I like using that feature. I sent a message about getting a replacement cup. Angie responded very fast wanting some additional info, proof of purchase, pics ect. After emailing the pics, I was responded to again, within 1hr, confirming shipping of a new cup, free of charge.

I am beyond happy with this resolve.

Thanks Angie, and CoralVue for the great customer service, I will be back because of great service like this! :)
