Customer Support unreachable by phone or email

Email address [email protected] is broken. The phone number says they are closed at 10:30 eastern. You have great products but the worst customer service.

Hi, that is not good! We pride ourselves on our customer service. We just switched platforms so that we can provide an even higher level of customer support. Our phones are open from 9AM MST to 5PM MST.

Can you clarify the issues you are having with [email protected]? We would like to get this fixed ASAP!

The problem I am having is that I paid for and was charged for UPS Next Day shipping, and my order was shipped USPS It took 3 days. This is the 3rd time this has happened. This is what is terrible customer service.

The email appears to be an autofill mistake.
