Cut on clownfish?

Hello - my clown has a cut or bumps or something else on its face. See picture. Any idea what it could be and how to treat?

That does look like an injury, how long has it had it? Any guess as to a possible cause? Was it recently caught in a net? It does look like it might be infected. Do you have the ability to move it to a treatment tank? Is so, you could treat with a broad spectrum gram negative antibiotic.

a couple days. He might of scraped it on a rock. Not sure. I don’t have a treatment tank. I can call my lfs in the morning and see if they can treat him? What do I need for a treatment tank and what meds should I use?

10g tank, sponge filter, live rock would be good(don’t put it in dt though)
Like Jay Hemdal said above to use a broad spectrum antibiotic
You could probably call your lfs about that too
