So I have a Warhammer that is a little tall, glued to a frag desk. I’m going to go ahead and glue it in place on one of the rocks in my aquarium. I’m considering cutting the bottom quarter inch of the base stock off, to make it a little shorter. Am I going to damage the coral in doing so?

Depends on how long it is. If it's three inches your fine. 1" be careful! I've had them crack apart on me but I just superglue them back together and they heal up.
