cutting coral from frag help

newbie here, I just got a nice large frogspawn colony from WWC but glued down to a large ugly 4x4 plate. would it be ok to use my multitool (precision blade) to cut it off ?

Yes that should work & shouldn’t be a problem just cut as close to the plate as you can.
