Cyano and dinos?

What is this stuff? I thought it was dinos at first but now I’m not so sure? I also have the red cyano.

My nitrates and PO4 were 0 so I was dosing both but this stuff spread fast.

I started dosing vibrant two days ago, dosing every other day.

Can you give us a picture with white light? Its hard to tell if its gas bubbles from alage or ???????

I’m dosing vibrant every other day, on day 6, seems to be stopping but not reversing yet
