Tank is a little over a month old and ive read that this is all apart of the cycle. However someone was telling me that its not a part of it and should keep doing water changes to get the nutrients out. I just changes my rodi filters and resin. And have done 2 20% water changes within a week. Should i let it run its course cause its a part of the cycle? Or try to treat it. Sorry im still a newbie at this and learning as we go. Also used tims one and only with a clown fish for ammonia. Tank is a 75 gal.

Just had a excellent read and this should help all new reefers.

Explains the different phase of the cycle. About how it starts with diatoms then those die off creating ammonia. Then the cyano bacteria comes and that will die off then you get algae which is the last phase. Imo im going to let my tank "go" and let it do its thing and slllooowww down as this stuff is all happening and for a reason.
