Cyano bloom question

You should be proud. That shows some patience with -- and faith in -- your biome doing its thing.

Go and spread the gospel of letting your new biome do its thing.

I am really glad its worked out this well. Actually been holding off on stocking the tank due to the cyano bloom. Got some frags on the way Wednesday and can't wait!
 
I would agree that patience on this is working as well for me too. I vacuumed a lot of sand out of the tank during a few rounds of cleaning but didn't use any chemicals. Just let it run and kept up with the maintenance. My cyano is also gone. Just started disappearing on its own. I do not have any now.
