Cyano + Dino or Diatom?

Currently dealing with some sort of outbreak. My nitrate is reading 0 and not sure due to cyano or what and my phosphate seems to be close to 0.1.
Here are a couple pictures. It’s not much on the sand as I did a water change/siphoned yesterday.

Looks like diatoms. Maybe a touch of Cyano. Increase flow, get nitrates up from 0 stat.

how do you suggest getting the nitrates up? dont really have access to sodium nitrate for dosing

I’m currently only feeding once. Should I just over feed the one time or start to feed twice a day?

I would feed heavy one and feed normal a second time. Shoot for nitrates around 5-10 IMO. Po4 at .1 maximum.
