Cyano, dino or diatoms?

Looks like cyano. Siphon up, reduce white light intensity and add 1.5ml of liquid bacteria per 19 gallons daily for 7-10 days and add some snails such as:
Margarita
Trochus
Nerite
Cerith
Astrea

to help combat this stuff

Chemi clean or red slime remover, additional aeration via air stone.
Make sure your nutrients didn’t bottom out if they have, correct that first, then “reset” your tank by those treatments listed above.

i don't want to remove them too quickly, last time i did, i had a dino outbreak
