Cyano from old lighting?

Can cyno and algae on glass come from t5 lamps that are too old?cancyno be green as well as red? I have both

It is a possibility when t5 become older they start putting out more green and red. So algae is possible not sure about cyanobacteria due to that being a bacteria issue.
 
I have red and green. Don’t know if this is cyno or what. Not stringy. No air bubbles
