Cyano growing on hammer coral!

Hello everyone so my larger hammer coral has been receding on the bottom part of it and you can see some cyano growing on it, I had a cyano outbreak a few weeks ago when my dad overfed my tank when I went out of town. What would be the best action I should take to help the coral? It's only affected on this bottom half of the coral.
