Cyano, Hair Algae, or Dinoflagellates??

Ok, I looked both up, and I think it's cyano.

I suppose it could be dog hair , but I hope that was not the case as it was slimy!

The patch in the first picture appears to be hair algae. Any thoughts on what is in the second and third picture? Is it new hair algae, Dinos, or something else?

Actually the first pics looks to be turf algae, The other 2 are young hair algae that hasn't gotten to out of hand yet(still relatively short).
