Can’t open video on my phone but generally cyano is fed by light and occurs when phosphate and/or nitrate are elevated
It’s a bacterial algae and will subside with the following:
Turnoff white lights or preferably all lights 3-5 days, add 1.5ml of liquid bacteria such as micro bacter 7forcacweek. Initially, blow loose with a turkey baster and net and siphon up the loose matter. Empty skimmer cup daily and clean filters daily.
after day 5 , slowly ramp up the lights and add snails such as cerith-nerite-margarita and trochus

I can see the video, it looks like you described, unfortunately its probably going to get worse before it gets better, standard new tank/dry substrate issues.. you probably don't need to do waterchanges on a 2 month old tank unless you didn't cure the rock and sand. I'd bet your n03/p04 are out of balance.

Is that a small acropora on the right?

Test parameters. Your results will point you in the direction of what needs to be done. Given the age of the tank I'd recommend live phyto dosing. Nothing but beneficial for a tank and helped my algae and cyano issues.

phosphates are 0 but looks like the nitrates are a little elevated .

I wouldn't trust the measurements of those tests. Have LFS test for you if they use something different. Get yourself some salifert tests instead. Better testing is necessary if you want coral to thrive and a healthy tank.
