Cyano I Think?

I have been battling this for about two weeks and can't seem to rid the tank of it. I have use red slime and chemiclean. I have done large water changes with no success. Phosphates are at zero and nitrates 2ppm. Here some pics, if you could identify this for me I would appreciate it.

Looks like Diatoms but a real heavy bloom of it. What kind of water are you using for top off and salt mix and have you tested it with a TDS meter? This a brand new tank?
 
Its a new tank. totally normal. the snails will eat it up and it will go away on its own. common with dry rock starts.
the light green might maybe kinda could be a cyano but probably coralline coming in.
normal new tank uglies.

Get more reed critters. I got a healthy pack from online for my 28G and it never got a chance to set in. Food for days.
