I set up a 25 gallon tank with some dry marco rock and dry sand. It's been about a month and it has 3 small fish (clownfish, royal gramma, firefish) and corals from my last tank. I've been hit with a ton of cyano this past week. Phosphates and nitrates are 0.04 and .25. Should I do a water change or let it die out on its own?

The most likely cause of cgyano is too much phosphate in relationship to.nitrate. If your nitrate is .25 and not 25, that is very low. Most phosphate test record much lower results, so unless you are using a Hanna ulr, its likely higher than .04. Even with the .04 to .25 this could be the culprit, or at least part of it. Red light intensity has also been known to feed cyano, red light is really unnecessray, so if your lights have a red adjustment, turning them down or off may help. Bringing down the phosphates would be a good attack az well, running gfo, etc. Some foods also contribute high amounts of phosphates, flake and pellet food to among the highest, as well as many coral foods and additives.

A combo of phos and silicate and even over feeding are causes
Are you using tap from faucet or RO WATER?
Also try to see what your TDS us in your water source
Siphon and run some chemipure elite to reduce content.
ChemiClean works well also in dissolving cyano

NItrat was recorded using the Red Sea test. The phos with the Hanna checker. Don't know the source TDS but output is 0. Just changed the RODI filters too. I'll try some WC and maybe even GFO to bring the balance between phos and nitrate to a good state. ive also been doing brightwell aminos so i might cut that down too

Do you think kalk can cause cyano? thinking back the cyano came once i started adding kalk (use a doser)
