Cyano in refugium

I have a lot of cyano and green stuff cover all my nano refugium. It is 1.5 g HOB refugium. There are a lot of bubble along with sticky stuff. What do I do wrong??

Are you carbon dosing?
How's the flow?
When was the last time it was cleaned?

Looks very bacterial.
Interesting.

Good news is , the fix is just rinse the macros and the hob and put it back on. I’d leave the rubbble out this time.

I just cleaned last month because I have the same problem. I'n running actived carbon. The flow very low
 
If you can up the flow it may help.

Are you using any NoPox or vinegar or vodka?

I'm using GFO and actived carbon. My display tank had cyano and dino too. It think this may cause refugium has too much algea like that
