Cyano or algae ?

Anyone have an idea if this is green Cyano or another type of algae? It’s also on the sand bed as well

I’m still new to hobby but it looks to me like green cyano. Try to get a turkey baster or something and try blasting a little bit off, if it comes off that’d be cyano.

Algae forming into hair algae. If you don't yet have, acquire a clean up crew consisting Mexican turbo snails, nassaurius and margarita snails for control

I would say it's cyano then.
