Cyano or coralline

I know this question has been posed a million times, and I’ve googled it and looked at pictures on other forums. I decided that I probably have both growing in my tank ( first time tank ), but I would like some more expert opinions. Pics attached

Temp-79 steady since the beginning
Salinity- 1.024 steady since the beginning
Ammonia and nitrite-0
Ph-.16 and dropping slowly
Nitrates- steady around 10
Calc/mag/all- never tested, I do weekly 15% water change with reef crystals though
