Cyano or dino? Microscope image identification.

Hi guys, found a small usb microscope and took some photo of the nuisance that is taking over my tank. I have already treated with Blue Vet redCyano RX (that it must be a sort of chemiclean), i am at the second round and is not doing much (normally it takes it away in 24hr).

What is for you? that's the max of size i can get...

The individual cells look like a dinoflagellate.
