Cyano or Dino???

Hey everyone! My tank has been up for 3 months now. I am starting to see brown spots in the sand and on the rockwork. My nitrates or 2 or less and my phosphates are 0. Hopefully it is just the ugly phase kicking in but I don't want to take any chances. I appreciate the help!

I confirmed with a microscope it is indeed dinos. I can see them moving around like crazy! Time a for battle!
