Cyano or dino?

I have had a layer of redish brown stuff with bubbles in on my sand bed, rocks and corals, i thought it was cyano so i put a skimmer in yesterday and did a test today, the nitrate is at 0? I am really confused as im not sure which it is and what action do i need to take?

if no3 is 0 it could be dino's.

By what you're describing it could be dinos. Can you take a better picture in white light?

Ive taken off the skimmer, going to gradually increase feeding and dose bacteria to fight it off

my assumption, by the way it looks, is dinos. cyano is usually redder than that, IMLE
