I’m getting told all sorts of things Po4 0.08 no3 6.8 I honestly didn’t deal with this in my previous tank so idk what to look for it’s long and stringy I’m colorblind so I don’t know the color and it seems to have bubbles on the rocks none on the sand though I really just need to know what it is so I can fight it or do nothing like with cyano

If those are air bubbles on it probably dinos. You need a cheap microscope for a positive ID image. There are different types of dinos.

That looks like Dynos for sure and probably this tank is a dry sterile rock set up unlike your last tank that probably had real, "Live Rock".
List your perimeters and details of your set up along with age so we can assist you better

Bad algae is caused by either parameters being off imbalance, lighting and or flow. If your numbers a good then you probably want to cut light intensity way back and only 6 hours with blue and UV. No whites. Increase flow to get it into the water column and change media daily. Siphon out what you can. Add good bacteria like PNS probio.
