Or both? I have nothing my rock work just the sand bed start mostly in dead spots but has spread to greater parts of the tank

looks a little bit like diatoms, but difficult to tell in these pics.
What are your water parameters like and is it there like that first thing in the morning when the lights just come on?

A picture with just white light will help us help you

Siphon some out and if it quickly reconstitutes it may well be dinos. I can't tell if it has snot like structures from pic, and that would be another characteristic of dinos.

I'm thinking cyano

Diatoms: Usually Tan

Cyano: Usually Red or Green forms sheets that blow off easy

Dinos: Snot Like

48 hours and a 40% water change after using chemiclean it didnt go away must be dinos going to use Dino x will it be harmful to use it after using chemiclean?

I would advise trying to understand the root cause. Dinoflagellates can be resolved by altering reef nutrient levels, which is why I previously asked about your parameters. I can't advise on whether or not dino x and chemiclean are harmful if used in conjunction with each other, as I have never tried either.

They’re diatoms. Reduce white light intensity a little
Are you using RODI water or tap water from the faucet?
What is your phosphate level?
