Cyano Remover...which brand?

Hi everyone,

I seem to have an outbreak of cyano. My PO4 is 0.01 on Hanna ultra low. Sps color is pretty good and growth is good. I even have it in my fuge trying to compete with chaeto.

Wondering if anyone has used any bottle removers for cyano. Any downside? Did it hurt SPS or LPS or Fish in anyway?

What brand have you used?

I used a chemiclean once. It seemed to work well and didn't harm my SPS corals. I had a tan, fuzzy like Cyano as well as some red to boot. After manually vacuuming out as much Cyano as possible during a good sized water change, I did a lighter dose than the box recommended. I didn't turn off the skimmer, but I removed the collection cup and turned down the level so it didn't overflow. Did a big water change, started skimming, and ran a little GAC after something like 48 hours.
