Okay I've about had it with this cyano! I've dosed cemiclean twice and it works but it just comes back. I just added a second powerhead a couple days ago and there is a lot more flow. And I've tried to suck it out with a water change but the suction isnt powerful enough. I really don't want to use chemiclean anymore because it kills a lot of the beneficial bacteria and makes my alkalinity drop. It's starting to get all over my coral and rock. I've been almost starving my fish to limit feeding, I added gfo a while back and I changed it out a month or two ago with new gfo. I don't think the gfo is doing anything for me. I've heard that if I lower the red spectrum on my ecotech that can help, is that true? What would you guys do in my situation? I'm broke after buying these ecotechs so please don't give me a expensive solution. Also my DI stage in my RODI filter is brown so you think that is a big reason the cyano is being a problem? Please answer all these questions I'm so frustrated. This picture shows a little of what I'm dealing with.
