I'm having a nice Cyrano outbreak. What are some methods that work? I have some gha as well. All I have in the sumo are bioballs. No skimmer. Beside the skimmer what would y'all recommend

It's a 40b and a I think 30. The water comes down to sump, hits bio balls, then back up. I have enough live rock in it as u can see. I have one clown left, and two stars. This is a quarenteen tank holding my livestock due to my tank crash.

But I see no way to export phosphate, and maybe not enough live rock or organics to keep nitrate low, hence the algae and cyano.
I'd look to more nutrient export.
