Good morning all!
I have had a cyano outbreak in my tank after my AC went out and my water temp was yo-yoing back and forth for 75 to low 90's. I have been picking it out by hand, syphoning out as much as possible, turned off my lights, reducing feedings. I can not get rid of it. Any help would be appreciated. On a bright note I have ac again.

Sounds like you may be ready to try chemical control products such as Boyd's ChemiClean or Ultralife Red Stain Remover. I've never used either of them but understand they are effective. Of course, you'll want to continue working on the causes of cyano in your tank, evaluating water parameters, etc.

Good luck.

I hope it is. The tanks is only 7 months old. Could be it just happens around the same time as the a.c. went out and they are not related at all. Idk I am just at a loss.
