Is this cyano or Dino? I do 10 gallon water changes every week on this 29 gallon tank and I am running a skimmer as well with some activated carbon. Could the cyano be caused from to high nutrients or low nutrients in the system. Should I use some chemiclean to wipe out the alage?

If it’s reddish, I’d say it’s cyano. Dinos are more brownish and stringy with bubbles in them. I know dinos can result from no3 and po4 zeroing out (I’m battling them now). I’ve used Chemiclean with good results for cyano. Hoping others chime in with more info!
