Is this cyano? First pic is the new stuff, second is the stuff I have been having which has already been identified as cyano

Definitely not cyano. Most likely dinos. A chance it's diatoms. Need microscope.

If I was you I would start with chemi clean to get rid of cyano and then deal with what is left.
