Cyano??

Do we think this looks like cyano?

Bubbles trapped underneath make me wonder?

it peels and floats off if I blow water at it.
Any thoughts?

Yep- cyano. Check to assure your phosphate and nitrates are not elevated
Reduce white light intensity or leave white off 3-5 days and add 1.5ml of liquid bacteria such as bacter 7 per ten gallons daily for a week. At night, add 1ml of hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons for 10 days. It will clear up and then add snails such as margarita, nerite, trochus and astrea snails for control of any future growth

thanks, presumably a cyano treatement should do the job - cyano RX for example?

For Ref, Nitrates at 5 and phophates reading 0.01
