Cyanobacteria or Dinos

I don’t if this Cyanobacteria or Dinos it keeps coming my bubble tip will not expand. Tank is 10 months old. I am afraid add anything else because iam tired of wasting money. I didn’t know if both can exist at the same time all parameters normal but crap is getting worse

Curious as well and what the solution is
I will certainly let you guys know because I have never had this problem. But I also always started with live rock from the ocean, apparently hard to get now. So I decided to try a Dry rock start up so far it’s a pain in the butt.
