So I have a 14 gallon biocube. The tank is only 8 month old and I have just recently moved it. I just started seeing small spots of cyanobacteria in my tank. Now i let it go and it has now taken my tank over more and more each day. I've talked to multiple local fish stores and they have told me to let it takes it course. One guy told me I need a deep sand bed so that the bacteria in the sand can take over the cyano. So I wanted everyones opinion how to tackle this problem and are my corals I'm danger?

I have a deep sand bed and still cyanobacteria everywhere , so I don't imagine that is the cure. I'm slowly removing mine. I' still trying to figure out how to get rid of cyanobacteria too. I wish there was more consenss on this stuff in this hobby.

Yep. I did a 3 day black out then water changes. Worked for me.
