Cyanobacteria?

Hello all,

Just looking for a positive ID for Cyanobacteria. Tank is 5 months old and just started growing red alage. Some is slimey, some is stringy. Growing on glass, rocks, and corals. No3 is 7mg/l phosphates are .2.

does it go away in the AM and reappear at night - probably.
Can you siphon it off - probably.
You need to put up some pictures if you can under white light
