Is this cyanobacteria I'm fairly new to this reef thing

It’s cyano. Siphon up well, reduce white light intensity and add a few snails such as margarita, trochus, astrea and nerite.
Add also 1.5 ml of liquid bacteria per 10 gallons during the day for 2 weeks and siphon as needed
