Cycle complete, deciding on next move.

My tank has almost been cycled. I have 3 clowns have have been quarantining since.
I will conduct one final water change tomorrow in my cycled DT tank, before adding the clowns into the DT in about after 4 hrs after the water change (is this ok?)

I will then plan my next purchase. I would prefer to get more clowns, or a clean up crew.

How essential is it for clean up crews to be introduced to a newly cycled tank?

To be honest im more leaning towards more clowns to fill it up a little

More clowns could be a recipe for a lot of aggression in the tank I think. I would recommend cuc for sure because after the nitrogen cycle is done, comes the algae cycle which you'll want to stay ahead
