I have a 50 gallon cube with a 20 gallon sump that has been cycling for about a month. The cycle is pretty much done ammonia is reading at zero. What coral do you guys recommend me getting for a tank this young. And when is the best time to add them. Should I give it more time to mature more? Really excited for my first reef. Coral recommendation?

I would give it some more time to mature but if your going to try some corals I would suggest zoas/palys they are a hardy coral. I would add fish before corals as well looks great by the way!

If you feel its cycled and youve tested and confirmed numbers are good- Consider yourself ready. Go. . S L O W L Y and monitor water. Xenia, zoa or leather would be an ideal starter.

Yes will be adding a pair clownfish before any coral thank you

I’d go with some Zoa or Paly to start after the fish. LFS and Local hobbyists normally have some pretty cheap, and they fairly hardy corals, just in case something does happen being a new system.
