Hi everyone i'm gonna setup my tank and go full zeovite but that's another topic.
I planing a minimalist hardscap in a 128 liter nano tank and using dry rock that i'm planning to cure in nsw for 2 weeks if I put some drops of zeobak and some zeostart it will help the curing process and the 14 day cicle?

Best regards
Ana

Adding beneficial bacteria can help speed up the cycling process :) How much it will help will depend on your set up.
As a side note, cycling a tank isn't a 14 day process. It can take as little as a week or as long as a couple of months. Keep an eye on ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. When ammonia and nitrite hold steady at 0 for a few days in a row, you can start water changes to help deal with the nitrate. When the nitrate is low enough your initial cycle is complete :)

Thank you tyler. What I'm trying to do is put my rock in a bucket with nsw some zeobak and zeostart a powerhead and daily water change for about 15 days and then set up my tank using zeovit cycle that takes 14 days but tests of the water parameters its essential.

No worries!
I don't know anything about zeovit :S By the sounds of it, it's a predesigned program that helps keep the cycle on a specific timeline and allows you to control the entire cycle from start to finish?
Are daily water changes advised? Seems as though it would remove the essential ammonia needed to complete the initial cycle.
Cycling rock in a bucket before adding it to a tank is a great way to get started. It's how I cycled my 120 and how I QT rock to check for unwanted hitchhikers :)

I don't understand any of zeovit but learning...the water change are in the bucket with only nsw but you make a excellent point of view in that ammonia, never thought that.
Tanks tyler.

No problem :)
The lack of ammonia would be my biggest concern. If there's little to no ammonia, it won't allow much good bacteria to grow and you may experience a mini cycle in the future when fish are added. However the bacteria additives may be able to counter that. It would be interesting to see how it works out. Sorry, it's very late here, I'm just rambling now lol.

Please follow up and let us know how it goes. Anytime something new is tried its fantastic to get first hand experience on what actually happened vs people giving advice based on what they read/heard/reposted.

Welcome and good luck!
