Cycle is done. Next steps?

My ammonia and Nitrites are at 0. Nitrates somewhere between 5-15ppm. A few questions on next steps:

1. Should I bring my ammonia back up yo 2ppm for a 24hr test now, or do a water change first?

2. If all goes well, I will get my first fish next week (Royal Gramma probably) but he is going to be chilling in QT for 30 days. How should I be feeding my bacteria? Ghost feed? Ammonia?

3. While my fish is in QT can i start introducing pods into the tank?

4. Should I start my light cycle now to get some algae and prep for CUC?
