I do believe that the Indonesian dry rocks , is still leaking po4 .
I have tested yesterday got 0.33 po4.
the cure process was bath with acid salt , few wash ,and then bath with chloride and again good washes.

If I am following the thread correctly, it appears that you are seeing ~0 ppm ammonia and .4 ppm of nitrite. If that is the case, I would suggest that you are good to go. Don't stress over minor number changes & just continue to stock the tank responsibly.

Nitrite is at 4 ppm when is look sideways , and 0.5 when I look from above .
I didn't checked for nitrates yet.
Po4 is at 0.33
MH is growing all types of alges on the rock and glass.
UVC is on full power , skimmer is also work 24/7.
Also , my cheto is growing pretty good in my fuge .
next week I will add 10 to 15 blue chromis's .
One face that is important for me to mention - I'm old school reefer , and never had issues with cycles .
My main specialty is growing SPS ....about cycle issues I'm pretty new

Might be misunderstanding here but you have just said nitrite is 0.5 from above but 4 from the side? That is not correct as both reading should be the same, as when looking from the side you need to divide the reading (4) by 10 which gives 0.4, all you are doing when looking through the side is making it easier to get a more precise reading.

Edit or am I getting mixed up with the nitrate test?
