Cycle question - dose ammonia daily?

Im a week into the process of cycling my 65 gallon tank. Using dr Tim’s ammonia and I also added his one and only bacteria and biospira. I’m converting 2ppm of ammonia in 24 hours and it looks like my nitrite reading is between 2-5 (hard to tell with the api color chart). The nitrites have been in this range for 4 days with no change. I did a 25% water change yesterday which did not change my nitrite reading.

My question is should I keep dosing ammonia daily since it is taking it to 0ppm in 24hours? I don’t want to keep raising the nitrites since those aren’t going down but I don’t want the ammonia bacteria to die off by not dosing ammonia. Thoughts or any other advice? Thanks.

No more dosing. Let the nitrites drop to zero then test nitrates. Here's a great thread for you to ask the same question and get an answer.
